I’m Dana Hébért, founder and owner of Beauty by Dezign LLC, a beauty, wellness, and hair salon in Manchester, Connecticut. I’m dedicated to restoring confidence and helping every client feel their best.

A Personal Journey
Experience with heart behind it.
As a two-time breast cancer survivor, I understand firsthand the emotional and physical impact of changes in appearance and identity. My journey has deepened my commitment to helping women rebuild confidence and embrace their beauty through every stage of life.
Beyond the salon, I’m a cosmetology educator, speaker, workshop facilitator, and community advocate, sharing my knowledge through education, hands-on instruction, mentorship, and community partnerships throughout Manchester.
My Mission
To restore people, develop purpose, and empower lasting growth. For me, beauty was the beginning. Empowering people to recognize their worth and embrace their potential is the greater purpose.
